Prime Plus Brokerage LLC is a national full service Insurance Brokerage firm based in the Greater Chicago Land area. We are a bit of a hybrid in that we are a boutique firm with a national reach.

We help all industries and size companies, but we started with a very specific mission. To give small and mid sized companies the value and service they need to be successful on an affordable budget. Because of this reason we don't just take on clients but rather client-partners!

Our president and lead consultant, Gene Badal, started in employee benefits and insurance over two decades ago. Over this time he has accumulated the knowledge and experience to guide our firm in bringing industry leading value to all our client-partner relationships. These relationships are forged through dedication, consistency, expert advice and best in class service.

Through strategic partnerships with vendors, carriers, service providers and third party administrators we will bring the best solution for your specific needs. Such as Self Funding, Level Funding, PEO's and Fully Insured plans. This has also allowed us to specialize in those "hard to place" partner-clients for Employee Benefits, General Liability and Workers Comp.

With a strong ethical compass we place quality of service and customer retention at our core. We just don't say "Your success is our success", we live it!
